How long does a featured listing last?
30 days from the date of purchase. You can renew at any time through your dashboard.
What's included in the Seasonal Pass?
The Seasonal Pass covers the entire shopping season from October 1 through January 31 (122 days). Your listing stays featured throughout Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, and the post-holiday sales period. You save 40% compared to buying 4 monthly featured listings.
How does Category Sponsor work?
Category Sponsor gives you exclusive top placement in your chosen category for the entire season. Only one business can sponsor each category, so it's first-come, first-served. Your logo appears at the top of the category page, and all your listings get a special "Category Sponsor" badge. Contact us to check availability for your category.
Can I feature multiple deals?
Yes. Each deal can be upgraded independently. Feature as many deals as you'd like.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure payment processing.
What if my deal expires before the featured period ends?
Your featured placement will remain active for the full period. You can update your deal details through the dashboard at any time.
Can I upgrade from Featured to Seasonal Pass later?
Yes. Contact us and we'll credit your Featured listing cost toward a Seasonal Pass upgrade. The remaining days on your Featured listing will be honored.
When should I buy a Seasonal Pass?
The earlier the better. Seasonal Passes are available starting September 1 and run through the entire season (Oct 1 - Jan 31). A pass bought early is active for the whole peak shopping period.
