By accessing or using Michigan Black Friday ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Michigan Black Friday is a directory of Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday shopping deals from Michigan businesses. The Site is provided for informational purposes to help consumers find local deals and businesses promote their offers.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.
3. Business Listings
3.1 Listing Accuracy
Businesses submitting deals to Michigan Black Friday are responsible for ensuring all information (business name, deal description, pricing, dates, contact information, and images) is accurate, truthful, and current. False, misleading, or fraudulent listings are prohibited and will be removed.
3.2 Listing Approval
All business listings are subject to review and approval by Michigan Black Friday. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion without prior notice or refund.
3.3 Listing Removal
Michigan Black Friday may remove any listing that violates these Terms of Service, contains inaccurate information, promotes illegal activity, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. Businesses may request removal of their own listings by contacting sales@michigan.blackfriday.
4. Featured Listings
4.1 Payment and Duration
Featured listings are paid placements processed through Stripe. The current price is $29.97 for 30 days of featured placement.
4.2 Non-Refundable
All featured listing payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for early removal, changes to the business or deal, or dissatisfaction with results.
4.3 Featured Placement
Featured listings appear at the top of search results and category pages. Placement order among featured listings is determined by purchase date (newest first) and may be adjusted at Michigan Black Friday's discretion. We do not guarantee specific placement, traffic volume, or sales results.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Michigan Black Friday, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Michigan Black Friday or its content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
By submitting a business listing, you grant Michigan Black Friday a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and promote your business name, logo, images, and deal descriptions on the Site and in related marketing materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
Michigan Black Friday is a directory platform that connects consumers with businesses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any deals listed on the Site. Consumers engage with businesses at their own risk.
Michigan Black Friday is not responsible for:
- The accuracy or honesty of business listings or deal information
- Product quality, service delivery, or customer satisfaction
- Any disputes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from transactions between consumers and businesses
- Interruptions, errors, or downtime affecting the Site
- Third-party websites or services linked from the Site
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michigan Black Friday disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing).
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without permission
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site's operation
- Submit spam, malicious code, or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, defame, or harm other users or businesses
8. Termination
Michigan Black Friday reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, and any listings associated with your account may be removed.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
